We have a large number of Building Plots available for sale both at Takoradi and in Northern Accra. The Accra site is in the very desirable suburb of Accra on the hillside near to the Television mast. A number of new developments are being carried out on this area, which means the value of properties around here are going up. We also have a few sites still available at Takoradi. These are close to the beach, some actually fronting onto the beach.
